  NEIGHBOR HAS BEEN HARRASING AND BULLYING ME AND MY FAMILY SINCE WE MOVED IN 6 YRS AGO.. DESTROYING OUR VEHICLES, STEALING MAIL WHICH DIMITRI KNOWS I REPORTED TO USPS (SENT HIM CONFIRMATION NUMBER OF MAIL FRAUD CASE AGAINST NEIGHBOR) FROM MY MAILBOX WITH WITNESSES WATCHING HER (DIMITRI AND CHERYL TELL ME TO MOVE, AND/OR RENT A P.O. BOX WHEN I TOLD THEM SHE IS STEALING MAIL CONTAINING MEDICAL APPTS AND RESULTS.. SHES BREAKING INTO MY YARD DESTROYING AND DEFACING APT PROPERTY, SLAMMING DOORS POUNDING ON WALLS ALL DAY AND NIGHT, HER BROTHER ON OTHER SIDE OF MY WALL IS UP ALL NIGHT SCREAMING AND CUSSING AT GAMES POUNDING AND KNOCKING ON MY WALL, MUSIC/TV FULL VOLUME AND MANAGERS WILL DO NOTHING TO CONTROL SITUATION 6 YRS AND 100s OF EMAILS WITH PIC AND VIDEO PROOF.. DIMITRI ALWAYS ASKED FOR PROOF OF HARRASMENT AND MORE AND NOW THAT I BOUGHT CAMS TO GIVE THE PROOF DIMITRI AMOR KEPT REQUESTING WITH AUDIO/VIDEO HE STILL IGNORES MY EMAILS.. I AM PERMANENTLY DISABLED ON A FIXED INCOME, MANY MAJOR SURGERIES, OTHER MAJOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES PREVENT ME FROM MOVING AS THEY HAVE REQUESTED INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOBS AND CORRECTING THE PROBLEM AS ORANGE POLICE SEPT HAS TOLD ME MANY TIMES.. 2 PRIOR TENANTS HAVE CAME LOOKING FOR MAIL AND TOLD ME THE SAME NEIGHBORS HARRASSED THEM AS WELL ONE CIUOKE MOVED OUT OF MY AOT AFTER 1 MINTH OF LIVING HERE AND MANAGERS NEVER DID ANYTHING TO HELP THEM.. I AUTOPAY MY RENT EVERY MONTH AND AM NOT RECIEVING THE COMFORTABLE LIVING CONTRACT STATES THAT I AM TO RECIEVE WITH RENT PAYMENTS.. WILL BE GOING TO COURT AS SOON AS I RECOVER FROM HEART COMPLICATIONS AND MAJOR SURGERY..

  I give two stars because of the location and pricing. I'd give more if the maintenance of the property weren't so awful. I've lived here 4 months and the management has yet to have fixed 80% of the issues with our unit. We've had to spend our own time and money to improve simple things like fixing the stucco on our porch, putting up curtains because our blinds are missing panels, filling in holes in walls, and regluing our laminate floor panels because of water damage. These are among the many simple maintenance requests that honestly should have been completed before we moved in. The walls are also incredibly thin so you can hear conversations from other apartments and it sounds like it's happening in the same room. I would not suggest anyone rent from this apartment community. It's worth the couple hundred to rent elsewhere in the area.

  Got a blowout from Nicolette and she did such an amazing job! I never knew that products made such a different on my hair. I always thought I didn't like the way they made my hair feel or look but Nicolette showed me it was just the products I was using. She's super knowledgeable about product and I actually loved the ones she told me to use. I definitely recommend seeing her if you can. She really knows what she's talking about.

  Had the privilege of working with Jeffery on a writing project. The experience was positive. Jeffery is very intelligent and communicates well. During our project, I saw first hand how he treated his clients--I was impressed with how much they revered him. If you happen to need legal counsel, I'd recommend him.
